Welcome to Havrdsson massage studio.
Stress out massage/Swedish massage is what most people generally think of as a traditional massage, focusing on relaxation and overall well-being. It energizes the body by stimulating cirkulation, is performed unclothed to the clients level of comfort and uses oil or lotion. The softer, non aggressive approach of Swedish massage can be wonderfully stress relieving and therapeutic.
Deep Tissue massage based on Swedish massage techniques, using deeper pressure. Pressure is applied progressively as muscles that need more work come under focus.
Sports massage is a tough and in-depth massage for you who train a lot. The treatment can be combined with stretching, heating or cooling.
My studio is atmospherically decorated with soft lighting, rippling water and relaxing music.
Hand alcohol is available at the entrance and in the treatment room and toilet. Do not visit the studio if you have symptoms of COVID-19 according to the Swedish Public Health Agency's recommendations.
